Criticism | Unapologetic – Michael B. Jordan stars Amazon Prime blockbuster full of action and twists
The plot follows John Kelly, a US Navy who seeks revenge for the murder of his wife, but ends up in a much larger plot.
The actor has revealed that he needs to undergo intense training to direct his own action scenes.
“Physically, I did a lot of different training. The big difference in this movie was the training in the water. I had to learn military and deep water diving to get used to the pressure of being submerged. I learned underwater safety because it is very dangerous to do these scenes. We got to the point where they felt confident enough to do most of those scenes. It was very important to me, so I dedicated myself. Some of the scenes you just need to do. Like getting into a burning car. There’s no preparation for that, you know? It’s just instinct. It is the opposite of what people imagine. I try not to think about it. And I just do it. If I thought about it a lot, I couldn’t do it, ”he said.
Jordan also spoke about a possible sequel and the speculation that he would play the first black Superman in theaters.
