“Titans”: Season 3 will further explore the relationship between Beast Boy and Rachel

Season 3 of ‘Titans‘ premieres August 12 on HBO Max and promises to bring good times to those rooting the romance between Beast Boy (Ryan Potter) and Rachel Roth (Teagan Croft), Ravenna.

According to TV Line, Rachel will be at Themyscira in the first few episodes of the new cycle, but Beast Boy will still be in touch with her… which will make them even closer emotionally.

Apparently, the dynamic created between the characters over the seasons will finally start to turn into eventual romance.

However, it’s not clear if this romance will be cemented as early as Season 3 or if it matures until they come to terms with their feelings.

In both the comics and the “Young Titans” animation, Beast Boy and Ravenna harbor feelings for each other, as much Raven is more introspective and Beast Boy is outgoing.

So anyway, the characters have to be together at some point in the adaptation.

The plot follows young heroes from the DC Universe as they grow up and find themselves in a dark version of the classic Teen Titans franchise. Dick Grayson and Rachel Roth, a special young girl possessed by a strange darkness, find themselves in the middle of a plot that could bring hell to Earth. They team up with Stellar and the adorable Beast Boy. Together they become a family and a team of heroes.

The series was created by Greg Berlanti and stars Brenton Thwaites (Nightwing), Anna Diop (Stellar), Teagan Croft (Ravena) and Ryan Potter (Beast Boy).

The next cycle will feature several new characters, including Superboy (Joshua Orpin), Terminator (Esai Morales), Jericho (Chella Man), Ravager (Chelsea Zhang), Mercy Graves (Natalie Gumede) and Aqualad (Drew Van Acker). Jason Todd (Curran Walters), Donna Troy (Connor Leslie), Prey (Alan Ritchson) and Columba (Minka Kelly) are back.
