Robert KingThe iPhone 14 series was recently publicly revealed, and people all throughout the world are currently receiving these gadgets. The iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max are the four models of the iPhone 14 series. Numerous capabilities of these cell phones will pique your attention.
Still, you might need some guidance just to learn that such features are available. In light of this, here is a list of 10 ideal settings you might want to take a look at. These supplementary features are exclusive to the iPhone 14 series, including the non-Pro varieties. Even older iPhones can use iOS 16’s numerous features, as they are backwards-compatible.
If you are the one who loves to play games on iPhone then here is a list of addicting games for iPhone and most of the games in this list are free to download.
IMAGES IN RAW 48MP
The 12MP rear main camera on Apple iPhones has been the same for a very long time. In truth, the iPhones have been utilizing a 12MP main camera since the 2017 release of the iPhone X. However, a new 48MP sensor is included in the iPhone 14 series.
This leads many to believe that the new 48MP primary camera will feature expanded capabilities. And yes, there are other features; you are not mistaken.
Users must enable ProRAW mode for the new iPhone 14 Pro’s 48MP camera in order for it to function. In the Settings menu, choose Apple ProRAW as the camera format. After that, make sure that the camera has a resolution of at least 48 megapixels.
After taking these steps, the camera app will launch with a tiny “RAW” button in the top right corner. Clicking this button will quickly activate or deactivate the ProRAW function.
4K CINEMA MODE
The new 4K cinematic mode is available on all iPhone 14 series models. This means that all devices can play 4K movies in their native format without any issues. However, you’ll need to enable the higher resolution in the settings. Go to Settings and select Camera > Record Cinematic to accomplish this. You’ll be able to choose between 4K at 24 fps and 4K at 30 fps.
MODE OF HELP IN POOR LIGHT
Action mode, like 4K Cinematic Mode, is available on all of the newest iPhone 14 models. When compared to the previous setting, the video quality on iPhones is now significantly better. The mode will help you fine-tune the amount of movement, vibration, and shaking.
The producer asserts that it can be used to record rather steady videos even while the user is engaged in dynamic activities like driving or running. The atmosphere here is closer to that of an action film. Like all other features, this one requires an active user to activate it.
ALWAYS ON DISPLAY
Only Apple’s latest iPhones, the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max, provide this feature. This feature, known as the Always-On Display, is enabled by default on several gadgets. However, users may turn off the feature by choosing Always On in the Display & Brightness section of the Settings menu.
Even though the Lock Screen will be significantly darker when this setting is enabled, essential information such as the time, date, widgets, wallpaper, and unread notifications can still be viewed. To return the screen to its normal brightness, tap or slide up from the bottom of the screen, or press the side button.
KEYBOARD HAPTIC FEEDBACK
For the first time, iOS 16 includes haptic feedback for the keyboard. This means that there could be some vibration in the keys when you press them. As a result, we can see that you did, in fact, push the key. To activate this function, select Sounds & Haptics from the Settings menu, followed by Keyboard Feedback, and finally Haptic.
SHOW BATTERY PERCENTAGE
Another addition to iOS 16 is the option to show the battery percentage on the battery icon in the status bar. This functionality is exclusive to the iPhone X and later models. Turn this feature on by selecting Settings > Battery > Battery Percentage.
STARTUP SOUND
Each version of iOS 14 includes the new feature that allows the devices to play a sound when they turn on or off. In the same way as in the start, some people may like this feature while others see no need for it at all. Users have the option of using the functionality or not.
To activate this feature, navigate to the Settings menu, then select Accessibility, then Audio/Visual, and finally Power On & Off Sounds.
