Yes, you didn’t read it wrong, ‘Teletubbies’ will even get a reboot done by Netflix, which is slated to premiere in November 2022.

Netflix’s promise is to reunite Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po in a “reimagined and revamped for the present” version.
Have fun watching:
It should be noted that the narration of the episodes (in English) will be entrusted to comedian Tituss Brugess, who exploded in popularity after starring in the series Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. In addition to the four Emmy-nominated actors, Teletubbies will also feature a panel entirely dedicated to original music.
That way, instead of just opening and closing songs, kids and the whole family can expect to dance to a new song every episode.
Bringing back the “Teletubbies” is part of Netflix’s effort to expand and diversify its catalog of children’s and preschool productions.
In addition to the colorful dolls, the company’s plans include the launch of new seasons of animated series already known to children, such as Gabby’s Magic House and Waffles + Mochi; in addition to never-before-seen cartoons such as Princess Power, on women’s empowerment; and Guardians of the Forest, about three Native American brothers who protect the land and spirits of the national park.
Recall that this is not the first time that the Teletubbies will receive a new version. In the wake of its global success, the BBC original series began airing in Brazil in 1999 on TV Globo and also took up space on TV Cultura. In 2015 there was an attempt to repeat the success with a reboot, but it took a long time. Now Netflix is back to betting on the characters to try to repeat the phenomenon.
“Teletubbies” premieres on Netflix on November 14.
