Gun Interactive, the same producer behind ‘Friday the 13th: The Game’, has released the first trailer for the game based on the ‘The Chainsaw Massacre’ franchise.
To verify:
The game will be an asymmetric online multiplayer, much like the popular “Dead by Daylight”.
Unfortunately, there is no release prediction yet.
It’s worth remembering that Netflix will be releasing the franchise’s new film, titled “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Return of Leatherface,” on its streaming service on February 18th.

Fede Álvarez, director of “The Death of the Devil” and “The Man in the Dark”, is producing the new version.
After nearly 50 years in hiding, Leatherface returns to terrorize a group of idealistic young friends who accidentally disrupt his carefully guarded world in a remote Texas town.
Melody (Sarah Yarkin), her teenage sister Lila (Elsie Fisher), and their friends Dante (Jacob Latimore) and Ruth (Nell Hudson) travel to a remote Texas town to start a new business venture. But the dream quickly turns into a nightmare when they accidentally disrupt the home of Leatherface, the mad serial killer whose bloody legacy continues to haunt locals – including Sally Hardesty (Olwen Fouéré), the sole survivor of his infamous 1973 massacre, which seeks revenge.
It should be remembered that the legendary Sally Hardesty, the sole survivor of the 1974 film, will return in the new film. The character will be played by Olwen Fouéré (“Contagion on the high seas”).
Mark Burnham (‘Lowlife’) will play the new Leatherface. David Blue Garcia (‘Tejano’) is responsible for the management.
The cast also includes Elsie Fisher (“Eighth Year”), Sarah Yarkin (“Death Congratulates You 2”), Jacob Latimore (“Maze Runner: Run or Die”) and Moe Dunford (“Vikings”).
Chris Thomas Devlin, known for his work in the horror film “Cobweb”, wrote the screenplay for the new film.
