The classic system of automatic payment for road sections could soon be replaced by MooneyGo. A new method that could supplant what has been done so far.
Telepass (Facebook)
We all know the usefulness of Telepass. The electronic motorway section payment system is used by many motorists around the world. Especially for those who usually take long trips in their car, both for work and for pleasure, this is a truly indispensable tool.
In addition to paying everything together without having to worry about the single passage, the Telepass is also very useful to avoid long queues, unbearable on days of extreme traffic. Until now it was the only method on the market for this type of service, while now for all consumers there will be a very interesting novelty, which will only improve the situation.
We are talking about MooneyGo. The brand is managed by the Money bank, which specializes in the field of electronic payments. The group is already present in the mobility sector, thanks to the MyCicero application, useful for finding parking. In fact, it’s the second newcomer to the industry, after insurance group Unipol launched UnipolMove in the spring.

The electronic road toll system, brand MooneyGo, is available in Italy in more than 45,000 points of sale, including bars and tobacconists. Concretely, the project was born from the merger between SisalPay and Banca 5 of Intesa San Paolo, in 2019.
As early as last summer, at the end of July, EnelX and San Paolo also signed an agreement that promises to offer motorists a series of truly competitive prices, as well as extremely flexible ones.
This was stated by the CEO of the group, Emilio Petroni. Thanks to MooneyGo, each user will be able to evaluate a series of offers and services that can best meet their needs. The range is certainly wider than that present until today with the only Telepass reference. Bypassing the freeways at this point could really be a lot more beneficial. The new frontiers of mobility, thanks to technological development, are ready to open up. It remains only to try to believe it.
