“Supergirl”: Young Cat Grant will be featured in episode 06 × 05; Check out the official synopsis!

The CW has released the official synopsis for the 5th episode of the 6th season of “Supergirl,” which will air on April 27.

Entitled “Prom Night”, the episode will feature newcomer Eliza Helm as a performer for young Cat Grant (Calista Flockhart).

Nia (Nicole Maines) and Brainy (Jesse Rath) attempt to save Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) from the Phantom Zone by returning to Kara’s home in 2009. While determined to secure the item needed to help Supergirl, Brainy is keen to keep it going. its discretion so as not to modify the future schedule. However, when her ship crashes on arrival, a young Kara Danvers (guest star Izabela Vidovic) is the first to arrive. Meanwhile, a young reporter named Cat Grant (guest star Eliza Helm) turns her eyes to Midvale because she suspects there is a big story in the small town.

Created by Ali Adler, Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg, the series originally aired on CBS but changed channels after Cycle Two, being part of the CW catalog and officially joining the Arrowverse.

During the destruction of Krypton, little Kara Zor-El is sent to Earth to protect her cousin Kal-El (Superman), who is still a baby and is also one of the survivors of the destruction of her home planet. Along the way, Kara’s ship deviates from the original route and ends up on a planet where time does not pass. At the age of 12, her cousin, already Superman, saves her and puts her in the care of a family of scientific friends, the Danvers. Kara Danvers grew up like a normal (or almost) child and, at the age of 24, worked as an assistant Cat Grant at CatCo Worldwide Media, without anyone suspecting her superpowers. One day, her adopted sister, Alex, is on a plane that crashes and begins to fall. Kara, who has always gotten along very well with her sister, decides to save her with the help of her superpowers. After that, she finds out that the sister actually works for the DEO and joins the organization, dividing herself between the life of an assistant and Supergirl.
