The Superenalotto boom never happened: Italy is making history. There is great expectation for the next draw
Figures that everyone would even find it difficult to read. Figures that would not settle the coffers of the State, but those of one or more families without a doubt. We are talking about the Superenalotto which will have a new draw tonight and in the meantime it has already reached a record number.

Because the jackpot of November 15 is equal to 307.8 million euros, the highest figure ever reached in 25 years of history of the competition. If anyone were to win today, Italy would go down in history. But if that does not happen, especially since it still represents the highest sum in the world for a competition with prizes.
The previous record was reached on August 13, 2019 in the Sisal Bar Marino bookstore in Lodi with 209,106,441.54 million euros, won with a ticket of only two euros. On the podium there are also the 177,729,043.16 euros won in Sperlonga (in the province of Latina) on October 30, 2010. And then on October 26, 2016 in Vibo Valentia, the prize won reached 163,538,706.00 euros.
Subsequently, on May 22, 2021, the jackpot was 156,294,151.36 euros and went to Montappone, in the province of Fermo. Then in Bagnone (Massa-Carrara) on August 22, 2009, a victory worth €147,807,299.08. On February 9, 2010, a double system worth €139,022,314.64 in Parma and Pistoia. But other victories were also recorded in Siciia: in Caltanisetta €130,195,242.12 on April 17, 2018 and in Catania, on October 23, 2008, the gain of €100,756,197.30.
And again, on May 19, 2012, €94,836,378.29 was still won in Catania while
on February 25, 2017 in Mestrino (Padua) The jackpot was €93,720,843.46. The next one has not yet been rewarded.
Superenalotto boom, it never happened: all the steps to take in case of victory
But what happens to those lucky few who can say they have won the Superenalotto and how should they behave? In the meantime, there is a mandatory 20% withholding tax on all winnings over €500. So if a winner emerges tonight, just over €60m should be taken out of the final prize.
In any case, whoever has the winning bet in hand, not only Superenalotto but with large numbers, must deliver it no later than the ninetieth calendar day following the draw. Attention however, the publication of the Official General Bulletin is valid.
Delivery must be made at the Sisal reseller’s offices of assignment, of which there are two: one in Rome and another in Milan, Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). The winner, real or presumed, can do it directly, but also a notary designated by him, provided with an identity document and the tax code. Superenelotto, what happens if you win (ANSA)
Prizes up to 1 million euros will be paid within 30 days, those of a higher amount 91 days after the draw, exclusively by bank transfer. But if the holder of a winning ticket fails to withdraw his prize within the time limits provided for by the regulations, the entire amount won will be paid back to the Public Treasury.
