Because the jackpot of November 15 is equal to 307.8 million euros, the highest figure ever reached in 25 years of history of the competition. If anyone were to win today, Italy would go down in history. But if that does not happen, especially since it still represents the highest sum in the world for a competition with prizes.

The previous record was reached on August 13, 2019 in the Sisal Bar Marino bookstore in Lodi with 209,106,441.54 million euros, won with a ticket of only two euros. On the podium there are also the 177,729,043.16 euros won in Sperlonga (in the province of Latina) on October 30, 2010. But other victories were also recorded in Siciia: in Caltanisetta €130,195,242.12 on April 17, 2018 and in Catania, on October 23, 2008, the gain of €100,756,197.30.

And again, on May 19, 2012, €94,836,378.29 was still won in Catania while

Superenalotto boom, it never happened: all the steps to take in case of victory

But what happens to those lucky few who can say they have won the Superenalotto and how should they behave? In the meantime, there is a mandatory 20% withholding tax on all winnings over €500. So if a winner emerges tonight, just over €60m should be taken out of the final prize.

In any case, whoever has the winning bet in hand, not only Superenalotto but with large numbers, must deliver it no later than the ninetieth calendar day following the draw. Attention however, the publication of the Official General Bulletin is valid.

Delivery must be made at the Sisal reseller’s offices of assignment, of which there are two: one in Rome and another in Milan, Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). The winner, real or presumed, can do it directly, but also a notary designated by him, provided with an identity document and the tax code. Superenelotto, what happens if you win (ANSA)
