Prince Andrew, what do you risk now? Prosecutor’s warning

Prince Andrew appeared in good spirits as he entered the grounds of Windsor Castle this morning. The British tabloids have indeed reported photos showing the Duke of York on horseback. But for Queen Elizabeth’s third child, the clouds still seem thick on the horizon. A lawyer, responsible for representing one of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims, has issued a grim warning.

The lawyer has indeed declared that the troubles with justice are not yet over for Prince Andrew. The dire warning was issued by attorney Spencer Kuvin, who revealed a detail of the ongoing legal proceedings. The controversial Ghislaine Maxwell has until 2023 to collaborate with prosecutors.

Maxwell was on excellent terms with Prince Andrew and it is said that between the two there was a very special friendship. At the moment, the woman has not accused the Duke of York of anything, but it cannot be ruled out that she will do so later. What would happen then?

Legal trouble ahead for Prince Andrew?

The Daily Mail reported the words of the lawyer representing nine of the women who have accused Epstein in the past. During a new documentary, he said there may be more revelations. Prince Andrew could be touched by this. In many circumstances, indeed, the Duke of York’s name has appeared alongside that of Epstein and Maxwell. So far, however, he has always emerged unscathed from attempts to drag him into the abyss.

We recall, indeed, that the Maxwell trial risked involving well-known names in politics and beyond. The woman is currently serving her sentence in Tallahassee, a low-security federal prison in Florida. For her, the judge provided a 20-year prison sentence for helping Epstein sexually abuse dozens of underage girls. But Maxwell’s conviction does not close the chapter. The story – warns the lawyer – cannot be considered “finished”. In short, while the Duke of York recklessly enjoys the gardens of Windsor, problems are piling up on the horizon.

With Queen Elizabeth’s death, however, he may have been truly alone. For years, in fact, King Charles and Prince William have been trying to completely oust him from the Crown. If a new scandal were to break out, the Sovereign could therefore decide to abandon his brother to his fate. New charges, after those of Virginia Giuffre, could therefore deprive Prince Andrew of all he has left.
