“Physique”: Rose Byrne plays an aerobics instructor in Apple’s new series; Check out the trailer!

Apple TV + has released the first official teaser for “Physical”, a new series starring Rose Byrne (“Mrs. America”).

Annie Weisman enters as showrunner and brings in Craig Gillespie, Liza Johnson and Stephanie Laing as directors.

Sheila Rubin (Byrne) is a quietly tormented San Diego housewife in the 1980s who struggles behind doors with personal demons and a vicious inner voice. But things change dramatically when she discovers aerobics, embarking on a journey to empowerment and success.

Rory Scovel, Dierdre Friel, Della Saba, Lou Taylor Pucci, Paul Sparks and Ashley Liao complete the cast.

“Physique” is scheduled for release on June 18.
