“The Minas Gerais military fire service reports that this Friday (5), a small plane, model Beech Aircraft, crashed in the rural area of ​​Piedade de Caratinga. The CBMMG confirms that the plane was carrying singer Marília Mendonça and that she was among the fatal victims.

Mendonça had confirmed via his social networks that he was going to Minas Gerais by air taxi (small plane) for presentations as is. At around 3:30 p.m., the plane fell into a waterfall in Caratinga, located in the Vale do Rio Doce area. Four other people died at the scene.
