Subscriptions with advertisements will cost less, but there is a variant for others too: the revolution on Netflix
From November 3, a new type of subscription will be introduced, one that provides advertising during the broadcast of films and / or TV series at a reduced cost. However, the rest will also undergo a revolution.

Netflix also decided to meet its users and make them save on the subscription. The streaming platform notably offers a new subscription which costs 5.49 euros per month. On July 13, Netflix announced its intention to proceed in this direction that Disney Plus seems to be following in order to allow more users to subscribe.
It is clear that this type of subscription, in addition to advertising, will have another series of differences compared to the classic subscriptions: reduced quality and the impossibility of downloading content that can be viewed offline. The streaming platform has decided to continue in this direction given the significant losses suffered in terms of income. In this way, Netflix hopes to be able to gather a new slice of subscribers and break the piracy which is the only common goal of the platforms.

In addition to the one that involves the introduction of advertisements, Netflix offers 3 other subscriptions. The first and most expensive is the premium plan which costs 17.99 euros per month offering Ultra HD resolution and with the possibility of viewing content on up to 4 connected devices at the same time. There are no limitations on the quality or download of the content which will be available in any form and for any device whether online or offline.
The other subscription is the standard which costs 12.99 euros per month with FULL HD resolution and which allows viewing and downloading content on two devices at the same time. Finally, the basic package offers HD viewing of content, without any kind of advertising and/or quality limit at the price of €7.99 with only one device connected at a time.
Over the years, Netflix has raised its prices from time to time and that’s also why a cheaper fourth type of subscription was needed.
