‘Moxie’: Keke Palmer to star in director’s action comedy ‘Hawkeye’

According to Deadline, Keke Palmer (“No! Don’t Look!”) has been cast in the upcoming action-comedy directed by Bert, one half of the Bert & Bertie duo behind the “Hawkeye” series.

Titled ‘Moxie’, the feature film written by Heather Quinn (‘Werewolf in the Night’) is about a rude stripper who greatly annoys the FBI when she becomes the top candidate for a fancy new agent program.

In addition to acting, Palmer will serve as one of the producers, along with Peter Lawson and Kate Churchill.

As of now, there are still no other names in the cast and no premiere predictions, but several streaming platforms and distributors are interested in buying.

As the project is in its early stages, updates should be released over the next few months.
