‘Lupine’ star Omar Sy reveals his favorite Netflix productions; Check out!

Netflix released a new promo video on its YouTube channel in which star Omar Sy, who plays Assane Diop, talks about his favorite original platform productions.

In addition to the series he stars in, Sy brought up the beloved “Final Throw“, “The Gambito da Rainha” and “La Casa de Papel”.

Recalling that “Lupine” has already been renewed for the 2nd season and will debut later this year.

The five new episodes are directed by Ludovic Bernard (“The Climb”) and Hugo Gélin (“Love at Second Sight“).

The series is inspired by novels written by Maurice LeBlanc and features Omar Sy as the first black actor to embody a version of the iconic Lupine, here contemporary in the guise of Assane Diop.

Teenager, Assane Diop faced the death of his father, accused of a crime he did not commit. After 25 years, in revenge, he begins to act under the nickname “Arsène Lupine, the thief thief”.

Ludivine Sagnier, Clotilde Hesme, Nicole Garcia, Hervé Pierre, Soufiane Guerrab, Antoine Gouy, Fargass Assandé and others complete the cast.
