Luciana Littizzetto has – finally – kissed Svelana, the 24-year-old girl who lives in Minsk, Belarus, who arrived in Italy as a child thanks to the Chernobyl project. Before Covid and the war in Ukraine, the woman returned to Italy every summer, but the last few years have been very complex and their relationship has only been kept at a distance. “And in the end… Svetlana is here!!!”, writes the immense artist accompanying a snapshot taken at the airport, recently taken, which sees her in the company of the young man of 24 years whom she had haven’t seen for too many years.

“From time to time during these months I thought that I could not bring her back to Italy. I didn’t know if it was just difficult or just impossible. But I didn’t give up. We never gave up. And here we are. Happy”, he added shortly after with the immense joy that pierced his chest.

He hadn’t seen her in a while
