‘Loki’: Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson spotted behind the scenes in season 2; Check!

The crew and cast of the ‘Loki’ series are in London for the filming of the 2nd season, under the orders of the new directors, Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead (‘Moon Knight’).

And, Twitter fan pages have released the first behind-the-scenes footage, featuring protagonist Tom Hiddleston with former Temporal Variance Agency employee Mobius performer Owen Wilson.

In the first season, Mobius is the one who explains to Loki how the agency works according to the standards of the Sacred Timeline. It is he who also helps the God of Mischief to understand the reason why he was arrested.

Recording for the new episodes began late last month, with the return of Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino and Wunmi Mosaku, in addition to protagonist Tom Hiddleston.

In place of the head screenwriter, Michael Waldron, who takes over the role in the 2nd season, it is Eric Martin.

For those who don’t know, Martin had already written two important episodes of season 1: ‘For All Time’. Always’ and ‘The Nexus Event’, as well as co-producing the attraction.

Recalling that “Loki” was the only MCU series to be renewed for season 2.

Created by Michael Waldron, the series takes place after the events of the movie “Avengers: Endgame”, in which an alternate version of Loki creates a new timeline.

After stealing the Tesseract, an alternate version of Loki is introduced into the mysterious Authority of Time Variation (AVT), a bureaucratic organization that exists outside of time and space, and monitors the timeline. They give Loki a choice: be erased from existence to be a “time variant” or help fix the timeline and stop a greater threat. Loki finds himself trapped in his own crime thriller, time-traveling and altering human history.

Tom Hiddleston stars in the production. The cast also includes Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku and Richard E. Grant.
