Kiernan Shipka was shocked by the end of ‘The Dark World of Sabrina’

Sabrina’s Dark World ended on December 31 with a fourth season filled with sacrifice and twist – and a shocking ending that resulted in the death of Sabrina Spellman (Kiernan Shipka).

While audiences reveled in the series finale, Shipka also commented in a recent interview with ET that she was surprised at the protagonist’s fate and at first she didn’t believe it.

“I was really surprised. I think I had a reaction like everyone else, namely: Sabrina can’t die. She’s Sabrina. And then I was like, ‘Oh, there is more. pages. I think that’s it. But it’s a dramatic ending. ”

She added that: “In the end, I think it means that she is a true selfless soul and that she sacrifices herself for the greater good. I think it hit me emotionally in a way. It’s not an easy ending ”.
