The ‘John Wick 2 and 3’ sequences won a hilarious and honest trailer, where the video pokes fun at the elaborate action scenes of the feature films, in addition to questioning the protagonist’s thirst for revenge played by Keanu Reeves.

Keanu Reeves and Ian McShane reprise their roles, but the new film has taken its toll on their team.

The franchise’s original creator and screenwriter, Derek Kolstad, has revealed to Collider that he won’t be returning for the sequels.

On occasion, the screenwriter of the first three films, has avoided a concrete response, but has expressed enthusiasm for what will come soon in the acclaimed action saga:

“I’m not really involved in the fourth and fifth films. At some point, the studio will tell you that your creation is formed and you will wish them good luck. I am always close to Chad [Stahelski] and Dave [Leitch] and I don’t know what’s going to happen, but I’m glad to see it ”.
