“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3”: Karen Gillan is already preparing to reprise her role as Nebula; Check!

The main filming of  “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3” is not expected to begin until the end of 2022, but it’s worth remembering that the sequel is already in the pre-production phase.

And a fan page on Twitter posted footage of Karen Gillan getting ready to reprise her role as Nebula in “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3”.

The images were copied from the actress’s Instagram posts, who appear to be making the molds for the character’s makeup.

Previously, Marvel Studios released the official logo and release date for “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3,” which hits theaters on May 5, 2023.

Sadly, director James Gunn recently revealed that he intends to make only TV series after the release of Marvel’s Team of Heroes third film.

As of now, there’s no way of knowing if Gunn was serious or joking, but he revealed he’s been thinking about the idea since he started working on the “Peacemaker” series. .

“I love to do [a série] of the “peacemaker“. I think I will only invest my time in TV series after ‘Guardians of the Galaxy 3’. It’s a possibility.”

He then shared the news replicated by The Direct on Twitter and reinforced:

By the way, the public is always asking for more updates on the sequel.

When a fan asked Gunn if he could reveal something around the film, the filmmaker made no secret of his excitement and delivered some news on the development of the sequel.

Previously, Gunn took part in a social media question-and-answer session and said he would give the film his full attention after filming for the “Peacemaker” series was completed.

When asked if the shooting of the 3rd film would start in 2021, the director and screenwriter was very adamant and replied: “Yes”.

A few months ago, the filmmaker revealed to the Comic Book that the sequel will be Rocket’s farewell on the big screen.

Remembering that he is the only member of the Guardians who has not yet died in some way. Groot sacrificed himself for the team, Gamora was killed by Thanos, and the other members “died” as the villain’s fingers snapped.
