2022 is here and there are only 12 days left for the premiere of “Peacemaker”, the HBO Max series derived from “The Suicide Squad“.
And, on his Twitter profile, director James Gunn released a new trailer packed with action, brawl and humor.
In the scenes, we see the main character played by John Cena trying to teach elementary school students “good manners“, as well as falling into a fight with the Judomaster (Nhut Le).
During the fight, he almost touches the Vigilante (Freddie Stroma), a masked assassin who tries to become his best friend.

By the way, DC fans are already curious if the spinoff of “The Suicide Squad” will have any post-credits footage.
In another post, Gunn was asked the same question by a fan.
In response, he assured that all episodes of the series will be accompanied by post-credits sequences.

HBO Max recently released a new promo video for the long-awaited series, which brings John Cena back as the title’s anti-hero.
The featurette brings together the protagonist cast and presents more details on the main characters of the work.

The series will explore the origins of the character played by Cena, a man who believes in peace at all costs, no matter how many people he has to kill for it.
James Gunn also signs the script for the series, in addition to ordering several episodes.
In addition to playing the lead role, Cena also acts as an executive producer on the project.
The cast also includes Danielle Brooks, Robert Patrick, Nhut Le and Freddie Stroma, as well as the return of Steve Agee and Jennifer Holland, who will reprise their roles in the film.
