After the pandemic, people are finally coming back to hit the fitness centers. On the occasion of our renewed sociality, it is good to know how to behave with education even in sports centers. The good in the gym helps us know how to “move” with style even during training.

Good tone at the gym: how to dress

Yes, the look is also important when training. The good tone in the dining room advises us to dress clearly in a practical and functional way. It is not necessary to have the latest fashionable clothes, but to prefer purely technical and breathable fabrics. However, no to micro shorts or sweaters that leave little to the imagination, we are still in a public place. Clothes for the gym must be changed at each training session, in order to avoid bad odors and the proliferation of germs and bacteria on them. For women, we remind you not to wear too much make-up, it would be better to do without it and to leave jewelery and precious objects at home.

Why this? Sweaty makeup leaves or streaks on clothes and dries you out, jewelry annoys you while you train with the even worse risk of losing it. Regarding the hair it is better to collect them with a tail or a headband. Remember not to spray intrusive perfumes: mixing with sweat could generate a really unpleasant smell. Shoes chapter: sneakers must be suitable for use, with a sole adapted to the type of training. Let us always remember that the pair we have chosen is only used for going to the gym and not for free time or for going for a run outside.
