‘Echoes’: Michelle Monaghan to play identity change twins in Netflix suspense

According to Variety, Michelle Monaghan (“True Detectives”, “Messiah”) will star in a new series of Netflix thrillers.

The project is the result of a partnership with producers Endemol Shine Banks Australia, supervised by Imogen Banks (“The Beautiful Lie”).

Entitled ‘Echoes’, the plot written by Vanessa Gazy (‘Eden’) revolves around two twin sisters named Leni and Gina, who have a dangerous secret: since they were children, they secretly exchange lives.

As adults, they continue to change identities, sharing two homes, two husbands and a son. Everything seemed perfectly choreographed until one of them disappeared.

In addition to writing, Gazy will be one of the executive producers, along with Quinton Peeples and Brian Yorkey, a duo known for their work on ’13 Reasons Why ‘,

Still no forecast for the start of the recording, the series will have seven episodes in its first season.

As of yet, there is no information on the directors or the rest of the cast.

As the project is still in its early stages, updates are expected to be released in the coming months.
