According to TMZ, actor and musician Dearon Thompson has passed away at the age of 55, best known for his role as nurse Malik McGrath on “On-call Doctor”. Better known as Deezer D, the artist had his death confirmed yesterday (07), when his brother contacted the portal.
So far, the official cause has not been disclosed, but the family believe he suffered a serious heart attack.
Thompson was one of the few “ On Duty Doctor ” actors to appear in the series’ 190 episodes, which aired between 1994 and 2009.
