Recently, Chris Pratt was the target of a social media ‘cancellation’ for being one of the few Marvel stars to refuse to support Joe Biden’s presidential campaign when he ran for office against Donald Trump.
Described as a conservative, racist and homophobic Republican, Pratt lost his popularity and was attacked by several angry internet users.
And it looks like Peter Quill’s performer has once again become one of the hottest topics on Twitter now that social network users are promoting a new cancellation campaign via the #RIPChrisPratt tag.
However, most people confuse the situation, thinking that the star is dead because of the acronym RIP (Rest in Peace), rest in peace, in English.

remembering that this star will return to the MCU in ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’.
Earlier this week, the Daily Mail released the first footage of the sequence featuring Thor (Chris Hemsworth), accompanied by Peter Quill (Pratt), Nebula (Karen Gillan) and Kraglin (Sean Gunn).

As the “Guardians of the Galaxy” will be part of the plot, the film will feature director James Gunn as a creative storytelling consultant.
The information was confirmed by Gunn himself, responsible for showing The Guardians on the big screen in the two team films.
When a fan asked him about the subject via Twitter, the filmmaker revealed the novelty and even praised the work of Taika Waititi (‘Thor: Ragnarok’), who returns as director of the streak.
Check-out:
“Just out of curiosity, do you recommend the Guardians in ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’?” The fan asked.
To which Gunn replied:
“Yes. I did that. They are in good hands with Taika Waititi.
Yes I did it. They are in good hands with @TaikaWaititi.

Recalling that the cast also includes Natalie Portman, Tessa Thompson and Christian Bale, as well as Dave Bautista and Vin Diesel.
The Comic Book recently reported that the sequel received a rather curious production title: “The Big Salad”.
It’s likely that the choice of the call had to do with a specific moment of the God of Thunder (Hemsworth) in ‘Avengers: Endgame‘: in a certain scene, the hero goes into depression after being defeated by Thanos ( Josh Brolin), leading – to gain weight and be pushed by his mother, Frigga, who tells him to eat a plate of salad.
Directed by Taika Waititi, the new film is set to premiere on February 11, 2022 (opening of the American Valentine’s Day weekend).
