The acclaimed LGBTQ novel “Call Me By Your Name” debuted in the Brazilian Netflix catalog.
The plot follows the unexpected romance between a 17-year-old teenager and an older man, who was hired by the boy’s father to help him with his research.

Directed by Luca Guadagnino, the film follows a sensitive and only son of the American family of Italian and French descent Perlman, Elio, faces another lazy summer with his parents in the beautiful and languid Italian landscape. But everything changes when Oliver arrives, an academic who has come to help his father’s research.
Armie Hammer and Timothée Chalamet are the stars of the production.
A sequel, based on the franchise’s second book – titled “Find Me” – was in development. However, after several cannibalism and abuse controversies involving actor Hammer, it is likely that the project was shelved.
