‘Bullet Train’: an action film with Brad Pitt exceeds $ 60 million in world premiere

Hit! The action movie “Bullet Train,” starring Brad Pitt (“Once Upon a Time in… Hollywood”), earned a world premiere of an impressive $62.5 million.

Internationally, the film has grossed $32.4 million from 57 markets – the best international opening for an original film since “TENET”.

The international market was led by the United Kingdom with a gross amount of US$3.5 million, followed closely by France (US$3.1 million), Mexico (US$3 million), Australia (US$2.2 million) and Saudi Arabia (US$1.9 million).

In the United States, production beat expectations, with a domestic debut of $30.1 million.

Although divided by critics (with 54% approval on Rotten Tomatoes), the production has no direct competition, which should ensure good stability at the box office.
