Release of tax credits for transferred Superbonus by November 10. The banks which bought them as well as the suppliers which made the rebate will be able to use them in compensation in ten years instead of four.
This is the solution found by the government and included in the Aiuti Quater decree, which will appear this evening in the Gazzetta, therefore in force from tomorrow.
The possibility of spreading credit over several years aims to allow banks to immediately free up resources and thus unblock pending requests. In fact, the main problem to be solved is related to the transactions awaiting confirmation by the banks which have already reached the fund of the tax compensation plan for the sums acquired (81 billion, 77 already committed).
The need to use the sums in a limited time has led to the cessation of new practices and the impossibility for many companies to recover cash, faced with sales left in limbo without answers. A higher number of maturities, on the other hand, facilitates the management of the credit plan fund and the search for new operating margins.
This solution, as written in the decree, only applies to practices closed by November 10. All dealers are interested in these measures, so everyone who has bought credit and not only from banks.
On the remuneration side, nothing changes for taxpayers interested in the Superbonus. In this case, the deduction is spread over four years.
