In 2018, Warner Bros. managed to raise more than a billion dollars worldwide with “Aquaman” thanks to the laid-back charisma of Jason Momoa.
The sequel would be released in 2022, but due to the pandemic it had been postponed to March 17, 2023.
Now, the studio has announced a further delay of the film to December 25, 2023.
According to Deadline, the film will have to go through numerous reshoots that caused the delay. “Shazam! Wrath of the Gods has also been delayed from December 21, 2022 to March 17, 2023.
Could the delays have something to do with the ‘Flash’ controversies?
