Melina Vostokoff (Rachel Weisz)
Melina Vostokoff is a murder spy trained four times by the Red Chamber, for which she conducted several covert operations, which led the organization to transform her into one of its main scientists. Melina eventually left the program after years of service, but when she meets Natasha, who she worked with before the two went their separate ways, she must decide which side her loyalty lies on.
Alexei Shostakov / Red Guardian (David Harbor)
Alexei, also known as the Red Guardian, was raised by the Soviet Union to be a national hero – who is sported on his red uniform with the Soviet star on his chest. He is the Russian equivalent of Captain America, developed in retaliation after the Americans created their beloved hero, and he lived through his golden years during the Cold War. Although his spy time is over, he still considers himself a great hero and enjoys sharing his stories of greatness with those around him. Deep down, Alexei carries a lot of remorse for that time, especially when it comes to Natasha, whom he knew long before she became the Black Widow.
The coach (unidentified)
The Trainer is a masked assassin who has the ability to mimic the movements of his enemies. In addition, he is calculating and relentless when it comes to accomplishing the tasks assigned to him.
Rick Mason (OT Fagbenle)
Mysterious but with a lot of attitude, Rick Mason is a former soldier turned international smuggler. He is indebted to Natasha, who has helped him in the past, and the two have a strong bond.
General Dreykov (Ray Winstone)
A senior Soviet agent, General Dreykov, was in charge of overseeing the Red Room and it was he who recruited Natasha into the program. She holds him responsible for her tortuous past and wants to put an end to his actions, but to face her he will muster all the forces at her disposal to stop the assassin he himself created.
In the plot of her solo film, Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson) will have to face the Trainer, a villain able to mimic the abilities of his enemies. For this, she will have to meet important people from her past. The cast also includes Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova, Rachel Weisz as Melina Vostokoff and David Harbor as Alexei Shostakov / Red Guardian.
