Via Twitter, the official profile of the series “The Witcher” posted a new teaser for season 2, this time focused on the protagonist Geralt of Rivia (Henry Cavill).

In the 12-second video, the wizard finds himself in the midst of salvation and the vagaries of fate.

Created by Hissrich, the series is based on a literary saga written by the Polish Andrzej Sapkowski.

Geralt of Rivia (Henry Cavill), a lonely monster hunter, struggles to find his place in a world where people often turn out to be meaner than beasts. But when fate leads him to a powerful witch and a young princess with a dangerous secret, the three must learn to navigate the ever-growing and unstable continent together.

The cast also includes Millie Brady, Freya Allan, Anna Shaffer, Jodhi May, Anya Chalotra and Björn Hlynur Haraldsoon.
