Indeed, with a circular issued by the INPS, the instructions for applying the measure instituted by Aid Dl bis which provides for two increases are specified.

Article 21 of the decree institutes a cost-of-living pension adjustment of 0.2% to recover the inflation of 2021 for all those who hold a salary and, at the same time, also to anticipate the revaluation in relation to January, guaranteeing an additional 2% based on inflation in 2022. This type of benefit will be reserved for all those who receive a maximum of €2,692, as well as €35,000 per year.
