‘Dexter’: ‘the Mandalorian’ actress joins series rebirth

According to Deadline, the upcoming relaunch of the beloved “ Dexter ” series added four more members to its cast: Julia Jones (“ The Mandalorian ”), Alano Miller (“ Sylvie’s Love ”), Johnny Sequoyah (“ Believe ”) and Jack Alcott.

The group join previously confirmed ‘Star Troops’ Clancy Brown, who will be antagonist Kurt Caldwell, described as “the unofficial mayor of the small town of Iron Lake.” Powerful, generous, loved by all – he is a true man of the people. If he protects you, consider yourself blessed. But if you disturb him or hurt someone he loves, God help him ”.

It’s worth remembering that the plot of the revival will take place ten years after the events of Season 8 and will not take place in Miami, where most of the series took place.

“Ten years after Dexter Morgan’s disappearance in Hurricane Laura, the new episodes will accompany the character living under a new identity … Far From Miami.”

Enjoy watching:

Marcos Siega will return to direct six of the ten episodes. For those who don’t know, he had already directed nine episodes in previous seasons.

The rebirth of ‘Dexter’ is set to debut in 2023.

Clyde Phillips, executive producer of the original series, will be the showrunner of the rebirth.
