After the success of the new version of “ Justice League ”, rumors emerged that Zack Snyder and Marvel Studios were in negotiations for future projects led by the filmmaker.

And the director has just confirmed that he is a fan of the studio during an interview with The Guardian.

Snyder was asked what would change if he was in charge of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and replied:

“Nothing. I could have changed something, but maybe they would earn less money or be loved less. But from what they created, I don’t know if there is a better way. to do that, ”he said.

Snyder also spoke to MTV News and denied being in talks to visit Marvel.

“I’ve never met Kevin Feige in person, I know his work. In fact, amazing and incredibly beautiful work, let’s be honest. But there is only admiration.

He went on to praise Marvel and how its films manage to blend multiple genres into superhero storylines.

“Marvel movies mix all possible genres, you know? They play with their characters experimentally without fear of taking risks, they are safe enough to explore whatever it takes to bring innovation to the superhero genre. They don’t play defense anymore, which I find incredible.

Well, it wasn’t this time, but it never hurts to dream that Marvel could invite Snyder to direct a movie or series with a darker imprint, right?

What do you think of the idea?
