CBS announced today (12) the full schedule of its TV programming for the 2nd half of 2021 and, in the schedule, took the opportunity to reveal the start date for the 5th season of ‘Young Sheldon’.
The series returns with new episodes on Thursday, October 7.
Details on the next cycle have not been revealed. Remember that the series has already been renewed for three additional seasons.
Created by Chuck Lorre and Steven Molaro, the series is a spin-off of “The Big Bang Theory“.
In this story we know the childhood of young scientist Sheldon Cooper. The project shows everything referenced in the original series, such as the character’s grandmother and her relationship to her siblings and parents.
The cast includes Iain Armitage, Zoe Perry, Lance Barber, Montana Jordan, Raegan Revord, Jim Parsons and Annie Potts.
