After Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) gives birth to twins Tommy (Jett Kline) and Billy Maximoff (Julian Hilliard) in “WandaVision,” it looks like Marvel is already taking the first step towards creating the “Young Avengers”.
Recalling that other members of the team have already arrived in the MCU, like Eli Bradley / Patriota (Elijah Richardson), introduced in “Hawk and the Winter Soldier”.
Additionally, Kate Bishop / Gaviã Arqueira (Hailee Steinfeld) will be in the series ‘Gavião Arqueiro’ and America Chavez / Miss America (Xochitl Gomez) will be in ‘Doctor Estranho no Multiverse da Locura’.
Even so, the studio still has no plans to bring the team to the big or small screen.
The information was revealed by Elizabeth Olsen during an online conference at the New York Film Academy.
At the time, she said that:
“I don’t know if ‘Young Avengers’ is being adapted. And if you ask Kevin Feige [diretor criativo da Marvel Studios], I think he will say he does not know. Things at Marvel operate with very careful planning. They actually plan one phase at a time and, when done, move on to the next phase. The biggest concern right now is Phase 4 of the MCU. “

When asked if Billy and Tommy could make the squad in the future, the star replied:
“From my perspective, that could be a possibility, but it’s like I said: I don’t think the folks at Marvel have a real plan for this yet. But I think all options open up.
While confirmation hasn’t officially arrived, it’s worth remembering that the next MCU movie is “Spider-Man: No Return Home,” which will be released on December 16, 2021:
The film is expected to follow Peter Parker’s new battle after being publicly exposed by J. Jonah Jameson at the end of “Spider-Man: Away from Home”.
Amy Pascal will act as the producer of the sequel alongside Feige, representing Sony and Marvel respectively.
