In the plot, the boy moves to a new city, where he begins to do and suffer bullying. The problem is, the bully he messed around with is angry in karate and is going to make his life hell with hard knocks. Then the boy meets a hidden master of this martial art and, thanks to unconventional methods, will become his pupil to defeat his school enemy.
