Apparently, the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Spider-Man, played by Tom Holland, will also feature in “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse,” Sony Pictures’ award-winning animation that tells the story of Miles Morales, the ultimate comic book universe.
The news was reported by The Cosmic Circus, which revealed that the MCU version of Spider-Man will feature in the upcoming ‘Spider-Verse’ movie.
It is unknown if Tom Holland will voice, or if another actor will voice the character in the animation. Besides him, Spider-Man from the game ‘Marvel’s Spider-Man’, played by Yuri Lowenthal, is also expected to appear in the new feature.
Both versions of Spidey will join Miles Morales and friends in the “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” sequel. Let’s hope so!
Recall that both parts of the sequence have been DELAYED by Sony Pictures.

Miles Morales returns for the next chapter in the Oscar-winning Spider-Verse saga, an epic adventure that will transport Brooklyn neighborhood friend Miles Morales across the multiverse to join forces with Gwen Stacy and a new team of Spider-People. to take on a villain more powerful than anything they’ve ever encountered.
Kemp Powers and Justin K. Thompson are also joining as directors.
Santos is known for his work on “The Legend of Korra” and “Avatar: The Legend of Aang,” while Powers co-directed the critically acclaimed “Soul” alongside Peter Docter and Mike Jones.
Thompson, in turn, was responsible for the production design of the first “Spider-Verse”.
It’s worth remembering that Chris Lord and Phil Miller wrote the sequel alongside David Callaham (“Shang-Chi”). Lord originally co-signed the original film alongside director Rodney Rothman.
Daniel Pemberton also returns to compose the soundtrack for the next adventures of Miles Morales.
Released in 2019, “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” became a critical and audience success, grossing $375 million worldwide on a $90 million budget.
