‘WandaVision’: Elizabeth Olsen wins MTV Movie Awards for Best Serial Performance

The series’ powerful and dramatic ending has left many fans waiting for confirmation of a new season for the series. But the recent move by Marvel Studios may have ruled out that possibility altogether.

The Casa do Mickey division chose to submit the production to the Emmy Awards as a mini-series / limited series rather than a drama series. The move reinforces the premise that Wanda’s journey to small screens would indeed have been completed.

Meanwhile, “ Falcon and the Winter Soldier ” had been submitted as a drama series, as reflected by producer and head of development at Marvel Studios, Nate Moore.

In an interview with the Indiewire portal, he stressed that the idea is also to ensure that the two projects have an equal opportunity in price, without competing with each other.

“[A decisão] came around the time of the show’s release, but it’s something we thought about while we were doing it – not because we thought, ‘Oh my God, that feels good’, but because it seems a little more dramatic than some of our usual things. Since this is our first foray into television, even though it’s Disney +, we think [a colocação da categoria] that would be appropriate for what the show is trying to deal with ”.
