At the latest in many Italian cities the alarm has gone off: it is a real invasion of the violinist spider. The competent health authorities were immediately alerted, since in a few days there were numerous cases of citizens affected by the problem. Concretely, there are five people who present real scourges: these unfortunate unfortunates took advantage of the hours in the open air and on the contrary were unpleasantly surprised by this event.

They immediately relied on the care of competent doctors who prescribed antibiotics and cortisone to relieve the symptoms and pathologies caused by a violin spider bite. According to one patient, the exact moment the sting occurs is almost imperceptible because the symptoms are very mild, almost nil: like a very mild electric shock. In a second moment, after a few hours, everything changes: a very painful bruise begins to form and in a short time there is also a very high fever, around 39 degrees.

As for the localization of the phenomenon, it is not possible to establish a single location, since this particular species of spider is present throughout Italy: it is a mainly nocturnal animal that prefers to remain hidden in the darkest places. more unthinkable during the day, as between cracks in walls, in baseboards, between boxes or between old pieces of fabric; at night, the situation is distinctly different, because it goes out in the open but without going too far from the place where it has decided to take refuge, no doubt to be sure of being able to return at any time.

According to what emerges from the statements of experts, the violinist spider is one of the very few species that possesses a poison capable of causing serious problems to our body and, consequently, to our health. Precisely for this reason, in case this type of spider bites us, we are advised to go to a poison control center as soon as possible so that we can receive the care that the case requires.

The mayors of the cities concerned, in agreement with the local health authorities and other competent bodies, have indicated that they wish to carry out additional checks in all public and private green spaces, as patients have declared that they were probably bitten in these areas. In addition, we can read in the press releases that specialized pest control sessions will be held in the sectors concerned in order to minimize the risks for citizens.
