‘Tomorrow’s War 2’: Amazon Prime CONFIRMS sequel with Chris Pratt

Although it received only 53% of critics’ approvals on Rotten Tomatoes, the sci-fi film “The War of Tomorrow” pleased 82% of audiences and became one of the most-viewed movies on the story of Amazon Prime.

Following the success, the streaming has just CONFIRMED the sequel to the film, which will bring the return of star Chris Pratt and director
Chris McKay (‘LEGO Batman: The Movie’). The news is from Deadline.

In the plot, Pratt plays a scientist called in by the government to fight the aliens that have invaded Earth, and the only way to stop them is by creating a toxin capable of destroying their bodies.

The film was also highly rated on social media because of the visual effects, twists and turns, and the sentimental touch between Pratt’s character and Yvonne Strahovski, who plays the older version of her daughter.

On his Instagram profile, Pratt celebrated the film’s success by stating:
