“Tiana”: Series Based on “The Princess and the Frog” Gets Official Artwork and Sneak Peek; To verify!



Disney + today unveiled the first official illustration for “Tiana,” a series based on the acclaimed “The Princess and the Frog” animation.

Additionally, it has been revealed that production will hit the streaming platform in 2023, with no date yet confirmed.

The plot will be a musical comedy series starring the extraordinary entrepreneur who is now the princess of the kingdom of Maldonia. The new adventures explore both Maldonia and Tiana’s beloved hometown of New Orleans.

‘Tiana’ is the first princess to have her own series by Walt Disney Animation Studios.

Recalling that the film was the last 2D production released by the studio, which decided to focus on CGI animations.

In the film, the hardworking and ambitious Tiana dreams of one day opening her own restaurant in New Orleans. Her plans take a different turn when she meets Prince Naveen, who had been turned into a frog by the evil Dr. Facilier. However, the prince, who is now a frog, hopes to become a human again if Tiana kisses him.
