Since ‘Thor 5: Ragnarok’, the character of Chris Hemsworth has become one of the most loved Marvel heroes by the public, whether for his humor or the action scenes in which he demonstrates all his power.
And all that popularity was the main reason that earned Hemsworth the mark as the first Marvel star to earn a 4th solo movie.
Now, the actor has revealed to Deadline that he plans to return to ‘Thor 5’ and stay in the franchise until Marvel tires of him.
“I will continue to play Thor until I get kicked out, until someone forces me off stage. I love doing it,” he said.
He was also asked why people love the character so much, to which he replied:
Have fun watching:
“There’s a teenage quality to him, you know? A sense of adventure and a fun kind of immaturity.
He continued, attributing all the success to his partnership with director Taika Waititi.
“Every time I work with Taika Waititi, it’s something different. He is a refreshing artist and a dear friend. He has the same quality of immaturity that I talked about about Thor, in the best possible way.

The film takes Thor (Chris Hemsworth) on an unprecedented journey: the quest for self-knowledge. But his retreat is interrupted by a galactic assassin known as Gorr the Butcher of the Gods (Christian Bale), who seeks the extinction of the gods. To combat the threat, Thor enlists the help of King Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Taika Waititi), and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) who, to Thor’s surprise, inexplicably wields his hammer magical, Mjolnir, being the Mighty Thor. Together they embark on a harrowing cosmic adventure to uncover the mystery of the Gods Butcher’s revenge and stop him before it’s too late.
As the film will feature the participation of Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Waititi) Peter Quill (Chris Pratt), Nebula (Karen Gillan), Drax (Dave Bautista), Mantis (Pom Klementieff), Rocket (voice of Bradley Cooper) and Groot (voiced by Vin Diesel), there are several possibilities for this novel.
The cast also includes Jaime Alexander (Lady Sif), Jeff Goldblum (Grandmaster), Christian Bale (Gorr, Butcher of the Gods) and Russell Crowe (Zeus).
Melissa McCarthy will play the “faux version” of Hela in the Asgard theater group, alongside Matt Damon, Luke Hemsworth and Sam Neill.
