Thanks to Twitter, the ‘The Witcher’ franchise games page posted a mysterious message that is already intriguing fans.
In the post, the profile simply mentions Netflix and asks if the platform can make July 9 available.

Although filming for Season 2 of “The Witcher” has ended, showrunner Lauren S. Hissrich recently said the new episodes are still in post-production.
Additionally, no trailer has been released, so the date doesn’t refer to the upcoming cycle premiere.
For this reason, the public is speculating that July 9 could mark the debut of the animation “The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf”.
Recalling that it has already been announced that the production will be released in 2021 and that it will last 1h21 minutes.

The animation is the result of a partnership between the streaming platform and Mir Studios, responsible for ‘Avatar: The Legend of Korra’.
Additionally, production is overseen by Hissrich and the crew for the live-action series starring Henry Cavill.
So far, no further details have been revealed, and all that is known is that the people of the mainland are on the verge of facing a threat never seen before in the region.

Created by Lauren Hissrich, the series is based on a literary saga written by the Polish Andrzej Sapkowski.
Geralt of Rivia (Henry Cavill), a lone monster hunter, struggles to find his place in a world where people often turn out to be meaner than beasts.
