“The Walking Dead”: the last season will be divided into THREE parts; Trailer shows the Commonwealth!

The 11th and final season of ‘The Walking Dead’ will even be divided into three parts.

The first premieres on August 22 and the other two only in 2022.

“The story is epic and will bring several twists and turns. Let’s give the audience a dignified and prolonged goodbye that will live up to the series and its 10 years on the air, ”producer Scott Gimple said during the broadcast. [email protected]

The final cycle will consist of 24 episodes. Additionally, AMC is developing a spin-off focused on Daryl and Carol which is slated to debut in 2023.

Created by Frank Darabont, the series is based on the eponymous comic book by Robert Kirkman.

The plot follows a group of survivors in a post-apocalyptic world that must not only deal with the dead, but the living as well.

The cast includes Norman Reedus, Melissa McBride, Christian Serratos, Josh McDermitt, Seth Gilliam, Ross Marquand, Khary Payton, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Lauren Cohan.
