“ The Time Traveler Woman ”: Recording of New HBO Sci-Fi Series Begins!

HBO recently announced that recordings of the drama “The Time Traveler’s Wife,” an adaptation of Audrey Niffenegger’s eponymous novel, have finally started in New York City.

Rose Leslie (“Game of Thrones”) and Theo James (“Divergent”) will star in the production, with Steven Moffat (“Doctor Who”) in charge of the script. The story revolves around Clare (Leslie) and Henry (James), a couple who undergo extensive time travel tests.

Under HBO’s supervision, Moffat also joins as an executive producer alongside Sue Vertue and Brian Minchin.

When they meet, Henry is 28 and Clare is 20. He is a modern librarian; she is a beautiful art student. The two fall in love, get married, and begin to pursue the common goals of most couples: children, good friends, a rewarding job. But your marriage can never be normal. Henry suffers from a rare genetic condition and every now and then his body clock takes a forward or backward turn, and he is then able to time travel, brought to emotionally important times in his life, in the past. or in the future. . In 2009 the book was adapted for theaters, which in Brazil were awarded the title “Te Amarei Para Semper”. The film starred Rachel McAdams and Eric Bana.
