In an interview with GamesRadar, John Cena, who plays the Peacekeeper in ‘The Suicide Squad’, spoke about production and his expectations for the upcoming character-driven series.
“We act so that others than us can have fun. Now that the release of “The Suicide Squad” is near, I hope people watch the movie and want to see more of it. This is what you expect from a performance. [A série do Pacificador] that’s essentially it; we went further in a journey with the character. You will find out a lot more about him, and you will get to know him a lot more.
He continues, “It’s basically the same when people go to see ‘The Fast and The Furious 9’, when viewers leave the session and wonder when the next movie is coming out. That’s our goal as an actor because it means they want to come back and see more. jakob [Toretto] will have a future. And I hope the same will happen in “O Esquadrão Suicida” so that the audience can also experience “Pacificador”. Maybe we can even extend this trip.
Remember that the feature film will be released in national cinemas on August 5.
