And in an interview with Variety magazine, Vin Diesel celebrated the big screen revival, noting that “cinema is back”:

The film drew 679,000 viewers and grossed 12.5 million reais at the Brazilian box office in its debut weekend in Brazil, according to Comscore.

The record to date was ‘Invocation of Evil 3’, which raised R $ 8 million in its first weekend in Brazil.
