Marvel and Disney have just released the official length of “Black Widow”: the film will run 2 hours and 13 minutes.
By way of comparison, the film is close to the length of “Captain America: Civil War” (2 hours and 27 minutes) and “Black Panther” (2 hours and 14 minutes).
Additionally, insider Daniel Richtman revealed that Marvel is seriously considering launching the feature directly on the Disney + streaming service.
“ Black Widow, ” which has already been repeatedly delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic, is scheduled to open on May 7. Unfortunately, the situation in the film industry remains complicated and new waves of postponements are announced (“007 – No Time to Die” has been moved to October 8, 2021 and “Morbius” to January 21, 2022).
Despite this, rescheduling “ Black Widow ” could jeopardize the entire Marvel Phase 4 schedule, adding to the pressure for its launch direct on the streaming service.
