“The City’s Eyes Are Mine”: Terror to win a remake with the director of “The Call 3”

According to Bloody Disgusting, a remake of the horror “Eyes of the City Are Mine”, originally released in 1987, is in development.

F. Javier Gutiérrez (‘The Call 3’) will be responsible for the staging.

“This film marked me. It’s original and transgressive, hypnotic and violent. It’s like a love letter to the cinemas. It is a dream, but also a responsibility, to bring back to the big screen the classic by Bigas Luna, one of Spain’s most beloved authors, ”Gutiérrez said in an official statement.

Kiko Martínez and Antonio Pérez will be the producers of the new version.

The original feature film, directed by Bigas Luna, revolved around a controlling mother who used telepathic powers to force her son to brutally kill other people.

New information should be published soon.
